Best Coliving in Roma Norte, Mexico City (2026)

Roma Norte has three main coliving options: U-CO for budget pods and rooms, Covive's Rio de Janeiro house for a classic coliving house, and The Nest for an all-inclusive room with a garden. Triver in Juárez and Outsite in Roma Sur are a short walk away. Expect roughly 9,000–16,500 MXN a month for a private room.

Living in Roma Norte: the short version

Roma Norte is Mexico City's most popular neighborhood for remote workers. It's walkable, packed with cafés and restaurants, and very social. The trade-off is noise: streets stay busy late, which matters if you're a light sleeper. A furnished one-bedroom here runs about $1,100–$1,600 USD a month ([StayWork CDMX](https://stayworkcdmx.com/blog/polanco-vs-condesa-vs-roma-norte/), August 2026), so coliving is often the cheaper way to live here alone.

U-CO Roma

This is the budget pick. It has capsule dorms, private rooms and two en-suites for about 26 guests, plus a coworking space and a kitchen. On Hostelworld it scores 9.5/10 for location but 5.5/10 for atmosphere and facilities, and noise is the main complaint. Covive Rio de Janeiro

This is an eight-room coliving house, one of four Covive houses in the city. It includes shared workspace, kitchen, terraces and regular cleaning. At 16,500 MXN a month it costs more than U-CO, but it's a real house with a small, stable group.

The Nest

The Nest is a coliving house reported at around 12,000 MXN a month all-inclusive, with a garden terrace, sunlit coworking and regular community brunches and movie nights.

Nearby: Triver (Juárez) and Outsite (Roma Sur)

Triver is ten minutes' walk north, with a rooftop, a coworking lounge and a café. Outsite is a premium nomad brand just south of Roma Norte, known for reliable internet and good chairs.
