Coliving in Mexico City: Every Option Compared (2026)

Mexico City's coliving options fall into three price bands. Pod and budget coliving such as U-CO starts around 300 MXN a night. Coliving houses such as Covive, NomadsLand and The Nest run about 12,000–17,000 MXN a month all-inclusive. Purpose-built buildings such as Niu, Triver and Outsite sit around $600–$1,300 USD a month. Budget: U-CO

U-CO is the most searched coliving brand in Mexico City. Its Roma Norte house at Querétaro 75 has capsule dorms, private rooms and two en-suites for about 26 guests, plus a coworking space and an open kitchen. Coliving houses: Covive, NomadsLand, The Nest

These are converted houses with 8–12 private rooms, shared kitchens, workspace and regular cleaning. They're the classic coliving experience.

• —Covive runs four houses: Rio de Janeiro (Roma Norte, 8 rooms), Amatlán (Condesa, 10), Newton (Polanco, 12) and Del Valle Norte (12). Published prices run 15,250–17,050 MXN a month, covering rent, utilities, internet and cleaning.
• —NomadsLand on Avenida Nuevo León in Condesa has nine private bedrooms, 1 Gbps internet, a coworking studio with monitors and call booths, and a rooftop with a gym and a cinema room.
• —The Nest in Roma Norte is reported at around 12,000 MXN a month all-inclusive, with a garden terrace and coworking.

Purpose-built: Triver, Niu, Outsite, HIVE

These are larger buildings designed for coliving, with more privacy and more amenities, at a higher price.

• —Triver (Juárez): rooftop terrace, coworking lounge and café, with daily to monthly terms.

• —Working long hours: prioritize a real coworking room over a lounge with desks.

Where NOMADA fits
