Living in Condesa: the short version

Condesa is Roma Norte's calmer, greener neighbor. It's built around Parque México and Parque España, has fewer street-facing bars, and suits couples, dog owners and light sleepers. NomadsLand describes itself as Condesa's only full-service coliving, and the spec backs that up:
