Best Coliving in Condesa, Mexico City (2026)

NOMADA · 2 min read

Condesa's coliving options, NomadsLand and Covive Amatlán, compared with nearby alternatives, plus what living in Mexico City's leafiest neighborhood costs.

Condesa has two dedicated coliving houses: NomadsLand, a nine-room house built around work, and Covive's Amatlán house, with ten rooms at 15,250 MXN a month. Supply is small, so rooms go fast in the winter high season. Roma Norte, five minutes' walk away, has more choice.

Living in Condesa: the short version

Condesa is Roma Norte's calmer, greener neighbor. It's built around Parque México and Parque España, has fewer street-facing bars, and suits couples, dog owners and light sleepers. It costs more: a furnished one-bedroom runs about $1,400–$1,800 USD a month (StayWork CDMX, August 2026).

NomadsLand Condesa

NomadsLand describes itself as Condesa's only full-service coliving, and the spec backs that up:

  • Nine private bedrooms, each with a desk and an ergonomic chair
  • 1 Gbps internet
  • A coworking studio with 32-inch monitors and private call booths
  • Two kitchens, free 24/7 laundry, and cleaning three times a week
  • A rooftop with a gym, a cinema room and a dining area, plus a 24/7 guard

Covive Amatlán

This is a ten-room house in Covive's network of four, with shared workspace, kitchen, terraces and cleaning. At 15,250 MXN a month it's a known, predictable price. Covive also runs houses in Roma Norte, Polanco and Del Valle if Amatlán is full.

Condesa or Roma Norte?

  • Choose Condesa for parks, quieter nights, more space and a slower pace.
  • Choose Roma Norte for more coliving choice, more cafés and nightlife, and slightly lower prices.

Either way you're a short walk from the other. See coliving in Mexico City: every option compared for the full list, and coworking prices by neighborhood if you'll need a desk.

Where NOMADA fits

We're building NOMADA, so read this section knowing we have an interest. It will be a residence and club in a historic building in Mexico City: private studios and one-bedrooms, with a coworking floor, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, a vinyl lounge, a spa and a gym in the same building. If you like Condesa for its calm but want your own apartment and a working community on site, it may suit you. If you want a house of nine people and a park on the doorstep, NomadsLand or Covive is the better fit.
